Troubleshooting
Resolve common confusion around access, project scope, archived secrets, pending invites, and agent resolution.
Updated May 22, 2026
An agent cannot resolve a secret
- Confirm the agent is assigned to the project where it is operating.
- Confirm the secret is assigned to that project if it is a workspace-level secret.
- Confirm the agent has a direct grant for that specific secret.
- Confirm the Agent Key is active and has not expired or been revoked.
A member can see a provider but not a secret value
This usually means the member can see the project or provider but has not been directly granted access to that specific secret value.
Secret counts look different between pages
Check whether archived secrets are visible. Normal secret views hide archived secrets unless View Archived is enabled.
An invite is not visible
Make sure you are viewing the correct project or All Projects workspace scope. Invite queues are scoped to the current page context.
