Billing and plans

Billing belongs to the billing account, not to an individual workspace. Workspaces are operational containers under the billing account and inherit the plan limits available to that account.

Billing owner

The person who owns the billing account and can manage the subscription and account details.

Billing admin

A user who can help manage billing-account settings without necessarily changing workspace or project access.

Users under your billing account

The billable humans counted against the plan. Workspace and project access still decide what each member can use inside the app.

Plan downgrades

Existing data is preserved if a plan downgrades to Free, but over-limit actions are disabled until the account moves back within the plan limit or upgrades again.
